Courses
Courses run similar times to the school term, Between 10-13 weeks (excluding bank holidays) with a break for half term of 1 or 2 weeks. Each lesson is for 30 minutes.
Class times and venues
I will do my best to keep subsequent class days and times similar however if class numbers become too small to function properly classes may merge and days/times may change. Extra classes are put on due to demand.
All swimmers including babies and toddlers are able to purchase an STA certificate and woven badge around half term.
Fees and Subscription Payments
A subscription fee will be taken from your account on the 1st of the following month that you join Swimming with Linzi classes are £14.95 each.
While monthly payments are received by Swimming with Linzi, your child’s space is secure and you are committing to pay for one term and your place will be automatically be booked into the following term too. If the price of the class goes up, for the following term, your monthly fee will be automatically adjusted to balance with payments and weeks. If the subscription payments stay the same from one term to the next, the payments keep rolling over to the next term.
If you need to finish at the end of the term, you need to let me know by email at least 4 weeks before the term ends and your subscription will not be carried over to the following term and I will cancel any more subscriptions coming out, but once you have started the term, you are committed to pay for the whole term even if you leave before the end of it.
I calculate if a covering payment is needed for your last subscription or if the subscription needs to be reduced or whether I refund you to make the term balance.
Refunds and Cancellations
Occasionally a pool may have to cancel a session. If this occurs an extra session will be held at the end of the course wherever possible or an alternative venue will be offered. Refunds will not be given if you are unable to attend the extra session or able to attend at the alternative venue.
