Venue Notes
Please park on the roadside and make your way around to the front of the school to the main gates, where you follow the path around the left hand side of the school towards the playground. As you walk through the playground, the pool is on your right hand side. Walk past the pool and enter through a pair of double doors which are left open, to a small foyer.

Please leave your socks & shoes in a coloured plastic wall pocket and close the 2 hallway doors between the foyer and the pool door to keep the poolside temperature constant. The poolside entrance is through the changing rooms, where you can make your way a couple of minutes before your class starts.

Learning to swim with and without swimming aids and building water confidence.

Children are in the pool by themselves with swimming aids on.

Carr Junior School Pool
Parents assist from the poolside, when their child jumps in at Carr Junior and to encourage their children to swim to them when they do widths.

Robert Wilkinson School Pool
No assistance is needed at Robert Wilkinson Pool and the parents can watch and encourage their children with smiles, thumbs up etc from the bench on the poolside.
